Terrace of 180 sq ft, covered, with an amazing view to Tapanti National Park.
Cedar bench.
We also place at your disposal a barbecue.

Water
Drinkable, collected in our spring 500m away in the mountain and stored 100m away of our house.
But (as in all the Tropical countries) by precaution a, it is better  to consume bottled water.
Hot water is produced by a instant gas heater.

Electricity
The chalet is equipped with solar electricity powering the fridge, lights, music and the VHF radio.
We can put at your disposal a small 150W converter to charge your batteries or use a note book to listen your music.

Communication
The chalet is located in the Private Conservation Area Alto Los Leones 12km (30mn) away from our house in Orosi near the Tapanti National Park.
The last 2,5km can only be done by a 4x4 vehicle with low range and all terrain tires.
It's better to park your car in our house in Orosi and we do your transfer with our car.

There is a VHF radio to communicate with us in Orosi.
