Beds and linen
1 bed 200x200cm with King size orthopedic mattress.
Linen changed every 6 days for stays of more than one week.

Terrace
Terrace of 222 sq ft, covered to the 2/3 with a Teak frame.
Dinning table with 2 chairs
Teak benches are installed around the terrace.
The spa of 1,10 X 1,80m for 2 people is embedded in a Teak deck.
The openings of the terrace can be occulted by blinds in bamboo for more intimacy.
We also place at your disposal a barbecue.

Water
Drinkable, collected (by the water-company) in a source 2km away in the mountain and stored and chlorinated 200m away of our house.
But (as in all the Tropical countries) by precaution a, it is better  to consume bottled water.
Hot water is produced by a solar heater

Electricity
The electrical current in Costa Rica is 110V/60hz with American outlets, we installed a 220V 16A outlet in the kitchen to allow you to charge your cameras or cell phones batteries or for other uses.

Common areas
You will be able to have a car park located on our ground and closed the night.

We have a large library in French and some French films in DVD.
Also you can use our computer with internet broadband, and all the property is covered by WiFi.
