Our mountain guesthouse is located one mile away on the outskirts of the village, which colonial church is beautiful. All amenities are found in the village (bank, restaurants, supermarkets,doctor, dentist, chemist, DVD shop etc.).

The Cachi Lake, 15 min away, offers a lot of water activities and we can offer you a lake tour on our small fishing boat.
In the Charrara Nautical Center you can hire boats, Jetsky or make a watersky tour.
Inside the center there is a swimming pool, Bar, Restaurant and you can do your own BBQ.


In the Tapanti National Park you will discover the primary rain forest, the Rio Grande de Orosi, thermal springs, and many bird and tropical flower species can be found in the surroundings.


The opportunities for hiking, horse riding, mountain biking are countless and you can hire motorcycles, mountain bikes and quads at the nearby village.
