Booking terms :

The booking will be effective upon a deposit of 50% of the total amount, due at least 8 weeks before the stay.
The remaining balance has to be paid 3 weeks before the arrival date.

Payments :

Payments can be done by bank transfers or by major Credit cards via Paypal.

Should cancellation occur, if it is done after the first payment, but before the balance payment, a basic fee of 50 US$ will be retained. If it is done less than 2 weeks from your stay, we will retain the entire payment, unless we are able to rent the property again at the same dates.
We strongly advise you to purchase a travel insurance which will cover
cancellation fees or charges due to damages.
